Brahma Viharas Day Retreat

Saturday, 12 September 2026
About this event
The Brahma Viharas, often translated as the “four immeasurables” or “divine abodes,” are core heart teachings in Buddhism. These are:
Metta: Loving-kindness or unconditional friendliness
Karuna: Compassion, the wish to alleviate suffering
Mudita: Sympathetic joy in the happiness of others
Upekkha: Equanimity or balanced awareness
On this day retreat, Vajrashura will be exploring the timeless teachings of the Brahma Viharas, which offer an enduring path to peace, compassion and inner stability.
