This New Year’s Eve, Dublin’s coastline will become the canvas for one of the most dazzling displays of the year. The NYF Dublin Fireworks Spectacular returns on Wednesday 31 December 2025, bringing bursts of colour and music at 7pm.

NYF Dublin Fireworks Spectacular returns following its debut last year, and promises to be more spectacular than ever, with dazzling firework displays lighting up the sky in two locations across Dublin, Howth Harbour and Dun Laoghaire Harbour on New Year’s Eve, in partnership with Fingal County Council and Dun Laoghaire-Rathdown County Council.

At 7pm, both harbours will light up simultaneously in choreographed fireworks displays set to music. Families, friends, and festival-goers can enjoy the free show from some of the city’s most scenic viewing spots.

Dún Laoghaire offers spectacular vantage points stretching from Sandycove to the heart of Dún Laoghaire Town.
